It is the policy of Burson Real Estate School, LLC to issue refunds under the following conditions:

1. Cancellation is received in writing within 30 days of registration
2. Student has not progressed beyond Chapter 2 in the course (completion of the Chapter 2 test, regardless of pass or fail grade will constitute completion of the chapter)
